Haven Birth and Wellness offers women’s health care services focusing on root cause medicine. Our Nurse Practitioner has integrative and functional medicine training which directs her care. We are a self-pay practice and do not file with insurance for appointments. However, any labs, ultrasounds, or other tests will be submitted directly to your insurance. We also have self-pay pricing for labs with the exception of Pap smears which will be billed directly to you by the lab.
We offer both gynecological visits and wellness visits. Please give us as much information as you can when you fill out the wellness consult form below. We look forward to being a part of your wellness journey and supporting you in your current needs.
Wellness Visits include:
Personalized well care with a root-cause focus using the functional medicine model
Two visits - the first being an hour long appointment then a 30 minute follow up 10-14 days later to review labs and plan of care
Review of health history, physical exam, blood draw for annual labs, and pap smear if needed (may require additional visit)
Address individual wellness goals and work toward achieving optimal health through lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and supplementation
Specific lab panels as indicated (such as fertility, hormones, nutrients, and cholesterol)
FNP/CNM is able to write prescriptions if indicated, though alternative options would be explored when available
